You are welcome to enter our facilities starting at 12:00 p.m. and enjoy the common areas while you wait for your room to be ready. Likewise, after checking out of your room, you can continue to enjoy our hotel’s common areas at no additional cost.

Yes, you can arrive in your own vehicle and park it in the hotel’s parking area for the duration of your stay.
We are located in the town of Anzá, just 30 minutes from Santa Fe de Antioquia, right along the Bolombolo road.

We offer different payment options for your convenience. You can pay in cash, by credit or debit card, or through our online platform.
You can cancel your reservation up to 5 days before check-in, but a penalty of one night’s charge will apply. If you cancel earlier than 5 days before your arrival, there will be no charge.
We embrace a philosophy rooted in love and respect for nature; for this reason, we do not have designated smoking areas within the hotel.

We are pleased to inform you that we are a pet-friendly hotel. There is a fee of $50,000 COP per pet. Please remember to check availability in advance.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made 20 days or more before the arrival date: No charge applies.
Cancellation made 15 days before the arrival date: A 10% fee applies.
Cancellation made 10 to 5 days before the arrival date: A 50% fee applies.
Cancellation made 0 to 2 days before the arrival date: A 100% fee applies.
In the event of an early departure by any guest, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refunds will be given. If the number of guests is reduced after the reservation has been fully paid, the hotel reserves the right to decide whether any refund or penalty applies.
Please note that you may reschedule your travel and arrival date once, up to a specified date. If the rate increases after the new date is assigned, you must cover the difference.
